you should be able to setup email preference so that you aren't getting an email for every post. Check out your settings. This site is best used for asynchronous discussions as opposed to chatting. For chatting purposes, we should share our MS Messenger or AIM handles.

I was thinking more of an aysnchronous discussion so it is great. I wasn't attached to any particular type of tool. I just mentioned blog since I thought it would be easy. This appears to be equally simple and we can have multiple topic discussions, which I can see great value. I think this is a good idea Joel. I just need to learn how to manage the tool so I know how to use it efficiently.
